Star Studios needed a digital experience as contemporary as the property itself. WeCreate developed a new UX/UI website design for Swire Properties, aimed at a younger, affluent and design-conscious audience. The experience puts lifestyle, interiors and the emerging neighbourhood front and centre, without making property information feel like homework.
We began with UX research, information architecture and user journeys to create a clear path through the site. Wireframes established the structure, while high-fidelity responsive UI design introduced elegant typography, subtle premium colour accents and minimal iconography. Interactive floor plans, interior showcases and smart filters make exploring properties feel intuitive rather than transactional.
The result is a refined digital experience that gives Star Studios a distinctive online presence. Users can discover available units, explore interiors and access essential property information with less friction. The combination of considered UX design and polished UI design creates a website that feels premium, contemporary and genuinely enjoyable to browse.
