Challenge
Modula wanted to challenge the idea that headphones come one-size-fits-all. WeCreate developed a new brand identity and digital ecosystem for the modular audio brand, covering brand strategy, logo design, visual identity design, UX research, UI design, e-commerce development and mobile app design. The goal was to make customisation feel as intuitive as pressing play.
The UX design puts personalisation at the heart of the experience. Users can mix and match speaker units, headbands, cables and earpads to create their preferred configuration, with clear user journeys guiding them from discovery to checkout. Wireframing and information architecture helped turn a potentially complicated product builder into a straightforward and engaging shopping experience.
The new visual identity gives Modula a distinctive presence across web and mobile. Responsive UI design creates a consistent experience across devices, while the mobile app extends the same customisation journey beyond the desktop. The result is a scalable brand and e-commerce platform that makes modular headphones easier to understand, personalise and buy.
